This pendant is built around a 4.27ct pink tourmaline cut in the Asscher style, its deep step facets drawing the eye straight down into the stone like a corridor of mirrors. The colour is a clear, sweet pink, and the square outline gives it a clean geometric presence rather than a soft romantic one. Holding it is a frame of brushed matte champagne gold, its surface finished to a fine tactile grain rather than a mirror polish, so the metal reads as warm and quiet against the bright stone.
At the top, the pendant is crowned by a kite-shaped diamond bail, the single point of high brilliance on an otherwise matte design. It is a small, deliberate flash of white fire where the chain meets the frame, the kind of detail that rewards a close look. The whole piece balances two ideas held in tension: the structured geometry of the stone and its frame against that one bright, faceted accent above it.
The choice of brushed champagne gold is what gives the pendant its modern character. Champagne gold sits between yellow and white, softer than yellow and warmer than white, and the brushed finish takes the shine down to a low, contemporary glow.
