My wife and I had our custom wedding bands made by GIOIA Fine Jewellery five years ago, and the experience was exceptional from the initial design process through to the final delivery. The team created a truly distinctive pair of rings that reflected what we wanted and has remained deeply meaningful to us ever since.
Recently, my wedding band was damaged following an impact, which caused one of the gemstones to come loose. When I contacted GIOIA, they promptly arranged an appointment to assess the ring. During their inspection, they also discovered that the main feature gemstone had sustained structural damage.
The team went above and beyond to restore the ring comprehensively. They replaced both the missing gemstone and the damaged feature gemstone, resized the ring, redid the engraving, and ensured that everything was completed within a very tight timeframe as my wife and I were due to travel overseas.
What impressed us most was that all of this work, including the replacement gemstones, was carried out on a complimentary basis. Their responsiveness, craftsmanship, generosity and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were truly outstanding.

My partner and I visited them yesterday to get a quote for our engagement ring, and although we haven’t made our purchase yet, the service we received was excellent.Clarence and his two colleagues were incredibly professional, patient and helpful throughout. Clarence took the time to explain the different gemstones we were considering, particularly aquamarine and spinel, in great detail. He even brought us to the outdoor area so we could see how the aquamarine looked under natural light, which was a really nice touch.
